


Each morning we greet the garden and pick what fruit and vegetables are available and collect the eggs. The produce then goes to the restaurant and becomes that day’s lunch and dinner. The dishes are based loosely on classic French bistro food, but once Annie, Daniel and Angela have finished their work, things can often have a quirky or inspirational twist.
Daniel and Steve oversee the floor and wine list with grace and ease. And Kylie and Moira work assiduously to keep us all clean, tidy and in line.
